Fantastic little massager for my feet and calves can really feel the difference. Im diabetic and have found this very comforting on my feet and can feel the blood circulating. I used to suffer with restless legs and aches and pains in my legs but not anymore.

I use it twice a day morning and evening for about 15 mins each. Its very powerful so I keep it to a 2 for power as 1 was just slight but good start to get used to the mat
