We deliver within Nairobi in 8-12 business hours after order confirmation. Outside Nairobi, delivery takes 1-3 business days. Our team will call you within 24 hours to schedule delivery at your preferred time (Monday-Friday). Please inspect your package upon delivery.

You may request order modifications or cancellation within 1 hour of ordering by calling our customer service. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you have two options: either refuse the delivery immediately or contact our customer service within 2 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. In either case, we will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective/wrong items. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned goods.
